Hi, I'm Tina Morcombe — AI Consultant, Business Strategist, and Proud Grandma Who Refused to Be Left Behind.
I'm the founder of TMM Solutions LLC, and I help business owners over 50 use AI to automate their operations, capture more leads, and grow their revenue — without the tech overwhelm, without the jargon, and without needing to hire a team.
But before I tell you what I do, let me tell you who I am.
My Story
Over the past 20+ years, I built a career in enterprise technology by showing up, learning fast, and solving problems that other people said were too complicated. I managed software implementations for companies across the United States and internationally — including a SAP migration for over 800 users, large-scale Salesforce deployments, and government and aerospace contracts worth up to $20 million. I've spent years mentoring teams of consultants across the globe — including a stint in London working with international clients.
I've worked in boardrooms in California, Georgia, Nebraska, Nevada, and across the UK. I've sat across the table from executives at Fortune-level companies and helped them untangle technology problems that were costing them millions.
And through all of it, I kept coming back to the same question: Why are small business owners — especially those who have spent decades building something real — being left behind by the very technology that could set them free?
That question became my mission.
In 2023, I founded TMM Solutions LLC to bring enterprise-level AI strategy to the business owners who need it most — the ones who built their businesses on reputation, hard work, and personal relationships, but who are now watching leads slip through the cracks, missing enquiries after hours, and losing ground to competitors who are half their age and twice as automated.
I know what it feels like to be told that isn't for you. I know what it feels like to look at a dashboard full of tools you don't understand and wonder if you've already been left behind. I've been in that room. And I've also been in the room where everything clicks — where the right systems go in, and a business that was running on pure talent suddenly starts running like a machine.

The Woman Behind the Work
When I'm not helping business owners transform their operations, you'll find me in Vermont — hiking trails, planning the next fishing trip with my charter captain boyfriend, or chasing around my two grandchildren (the best job title I've ever had).
I'm a mom of four, a grandma of two, a traveller, an adventurer, and someone who genuinely believes that the second half of life — and business — can be the best half.
